Proof of Funds / Financing

Bank statements, financing pre-approval, evidence you can close escrow on time.

Deposit Verification

A deposit check or wired funds, processed per the registration procedures.

Representation Details

If a buyer's agent is involved, their brokerage, agency, and representation status.

For Buyer's Agents

Welcomed. Encouraged. Compensated when properly registered.

Agents may register buyers, advise clients, attend inspections, assist with due diligence, and bid on behalf of a client where properly authorized. Bidding for another person requires our prescribed Authority to Bid on Behalf of Another Person form, executed prior to the commencement of bidding.

Failing that written authority, the agent may be deemed to be bidding personally and assuming all obligations arising from the resulting sale.

Sellers Reserve reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke participation at any time prior to the property being declared sold.
